Instructions

1. Drop a tablet in a glass of water (200 ml).
2. Wait till the effervescent tablet dissolves completely.
3. Enjoy the clear, tasty & fizzy nutritious drink.
4. For best & real results fitty recommends 2 frizzers per day in chilled 200 ml water.
5. Timing :- 30 min before Lunch, 30 min before dinner.
