Eggless Gingerbread Man Cookies

Instructions

1. This recipe will make around 10 cookies.Set your oven to 180º C.
2. In a bowl, sieve together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and ginger powder.
3. Mix castor sugar, milk, butter.
4. Knead the mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Roll out a portion for the wreath, cut a ring with cookie cutters, and bake for 15-20 mins.
6. Roll out the remaining dough, cut festive shapes, and bake for 8-10 mins.
7. Mix icing sugar with 2½ tbsp water.
8. Divide into three portions in 3 different utensils, add natural colors like beetroot juice/mint juice/natural white.
9. Take a piping cone to decorate these cookies. Let them dry and serve.
