- This recipe makes 1 serving of Barbeque Chicken.
- Wash the chicken and chop into small pieces.
- Make a few shallow cuts on each piece to allow the marinade to seep through.
- To prepare the marinade, mix curd, lemon juice and all the spices mentioned. Mix well.
- Now place the chicken pieces into the marinade and coat evenly. Allow it to rest for minimum 2-3 hours / overnight for best flavour.
- Pre-heat your oven / grill. If using grill, lightly oil the grill to prevent sticking.
- If using oven, heat the oven to 425F.
- Place your marinated chicken pieces in the oven / grill and cook for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken pieces are cooked and tender.
- Turn your chicken pieces after every few minutes to ensure they are evenly cooked from all sides.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with a side of Coriander Chutney. Serve hot!
