- In a mixing bowl, add bajra flour.
- Gradually add water while kneading to form a smooth and firm dough. Optionally, add a pinch of salt for taste.
- Divide the dough into a small ball.
- Place the ball on a clean surface, and using your fingers, flatten and shape it into a round, flat disc. Keep the bhakri thin for even cooking.
- Heat a tawa or flat griddle over medium heat.
- Carefully transfer the shaped bhakri onto the hot tawa.
- Cook on both sides until it gets golden brown spots, pressing gently with a spatula.
- Serve the Bajra Bhakri hot with your choice of chutney, curry, or yogurt. Note:- Keep the dough little hard if you want to use rolling pin.
