Instructions

  1. This recipe will make 2-3 servings
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 4 minutes.
  3. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt.
  4. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Cut each potato into quarters to ensure they cook evenly and get crispy edges
  5. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a seasoning blend.
  6. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket. Spread them out in a single layer to ensure even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the basket for best results.
  7. Add the quartered potatoes to the bowl with the seasoning blend. Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated with the oil and spices. Ensure each potato piece is well-seasoned for maximum flavor.
  8. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket. Spread them out in a single layer to ensure even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the basket for best results.
  9. Now, cook the potatoes in the preheated air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.About halfway through the cooking time (around 7-8 minutes), open the air fryer and shake the basket to ensure the potatoes cook evenly on all sides.
  10. Then after 15 minutes, check the potatoes for doneness. They should be golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. If they need more time, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  11. Once the potatoes are cooked, transfer them to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh, herby flavor. Taste and add extra salt and pepper if needed.
  12. Serve the air-fried potatoes immediately while they are hot and crispy.
