Delete your Healitians account

This page applies to the Healitians mobile app (iOS bundle co.nutricrm.healitians, Android package co.nutricrm.healitians). You can delete your account and the data associated with it using either option below. No login is required to reach this page.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

Open the Healitians app and sign in.
Tap More in the bottom tab bar.
Under Support, tap Privacy & data.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is signed out and removed immediately; you will not be able to sign back in with the same email or phone.

Option 2 — Submit a deletion request from the web

Use this if you have uninstalled Healitians, can't sign in, or prefer not to use the in-app flow. We may email you back to verify ownership before we process the request, and we complete deletion within 7 business days of verification.

What you can request

Account and all data: closes your account and removes all personal and health data listed below.
Specific data only: keep the account active but remove specific items (for example, uploaded photos or a particular date range of meal logs).

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone, date of birth, sex)
Login credentials and session tokens
Health data you logged (weight, BP, blood sugar, measurements, sleep, energy)
Meal logs, water logs, and adherence records
Diet plans, recipes and consultation notes attached to your account
Photos you uploaded (profile / progress)
Push notification tokens and device identifiers

What we may retain (and why)

Invoices and payment receipts we are legally required to retain (up to 7 years, Indian tax law)
De-identified, aggregated usage data that no longer identifies you
Records needed for legal hold, regulatory requests, or to resolve a dispute
Security and abuse logs (up to 90 days)

Timeline

In-app deletion: processed immediately on confirmation; backend cleanup of related records completes within 30 days.
Web request: we acknowledge within 2 business days, verify ownership, and complete deletion within 7 business days of verification.
